The post yesterday from Griffla. Gives the exercise Knitted.

Overnight and then this morning, here is my attempt.

To spare the eyesight of any that try to read. The poem is printed here. For I do not have the time, to reproduce a better effort than the graphic allows.

Cupid’s Moon

Sparkle  on the water bright,

Winter trees sparkle so white

Diamond sparkles on the grass with light

under moon’s night sky flight

Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle, all in sight

Full spectrum sparkle on mountain tops                Cupid's Moon Waxing

Moon sparkles on the river moths

Ghostly white,

Fluttering forth

in car headlight spots

Earth turning, moon rising

Land sparkles full and white

Greys turn azure, dark blue and light

Sparkles starry skies cloudless in sparkling night

Mists coiling in cooling ethereal hair, sparkling crisp cold night air

Sparkle on the water bright

February moon sparkle so white

Cupid’s moon sparkles the ground at night

High hills with snow’s last rite

Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle all in sight

                                                                          February 2015

    A sparkling poem!

The moon was a clear bright crescent tilted on its side a few days ago – just like Alice’s ‘Cheshire Cat’ smile.

I like the line “Mist coiling in cooling ethereal hair, sparkling crisp cold night air”. Well done.
